| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform April # Coli 14132 08 May 15 DETAILS: Total Coliform Positive routine sample. Called Sherry and told hold her to take required follow up samples on Monday. We also discussed changing the type of chlorine used in the chlorinator to industrial strength rather than the household type. ACTION NEEDED: Take one sample from the well (marked Triggered (TG)).Take one sample from the same sample tap (Marked Repeat (RP))--Take two additional samples from the distribution system (marked Repeat (RP). Include the Free-chlorine residual measurement.In June 2015 take five routine samples from the distribution system. | ||
