DETAILS: TCR was positive from quarterly sample taken in the Mens restroom from the faucet. 3 repeat samples needed and one at the source labeled (TG). ACTION NEEDED: Jon Everett has already taken the repeat samples and submitted them to the lab on 5/14/15. He took the necessary 4 samples 3 in distribution and one at the source that is labeled (TG). Lab conformation on these samples should be Monday 5/18/15. | ||
