| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review for the new well DETAILS: A new well was installed and noted during the 2014 survey. The well is connected to the system that supplies water to the restaurant . It is to be used as an emergency back-up.It was listed as a significant deficiency and the operator was asked to submit the new for plan review. The plans were submitted in April and are awaiting approval by Jay Macpherson at the Springfield office. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for review and approval to be completed. | ||
