| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeats Total Coliform positive DETAILS: All repeats came back positive except the RV park. After discussing the location of the samples Mark informed me that they had the raw sample tap replaced on the well head about a week prior to taking the repeats. They did not shock the system after doing the work. We reviewed shocking the system and Mark thought he would hire Stutzman to do the work. I also assisted Mark in completing the PN. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
