| Details: | SUMMARY: routine sample was TC positive DETAILS: System collected a routine sample on 5/6/15 and it came back total coliform positive. Spoke with Peg (who is an updated contact for the system) about the follow up requirements. She mentioned the tank had just been cleaned in the fall of 2014. She was planning a shock chlorination of the system. She did not have any chlorine test packets, so I sent her a few. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up sampling includes: 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
