| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for May 2015 DETAILS: The 5 temporary routine samples collected on 5/12/15 were all TC positive. The samples were collected by Kuo Lab. This makes the 3rd month in a row for a MCL violation. An email was sent to Russell on 5/18/15 asking the system to review the growing situation and keep DWS appraised of any proposed treatment. ACTION NEEDED: System to post a new public notice and send a copy to DWS. 5 temporary routine samples are to be collected in June. A triggered source sample is to be collected by 5/27/15. | ||
