| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: I initially spoke with Kevin Bednar about the positive sample. The chlorination system had been down and the system was unaware of this. They also had not been collecting chlorine residual samples. I went over the follow up sample collection requirements for the system. I also sent information on where to purchase a chlorine test kit. **addendum on 5/19/15 I spoke with Randy and they had just received the chlorine test kit and we went over how to use it over the phone** ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample in April. Five temporary routine samples are to be collected in May. | ||
