| Details: | Andy called on July 30 to notify me that the District did not measure chlorine residual 18 of the Julys required 70 monthly coliform bacteria samples. As per OAR 333-061-0036(5)(a)(F), the District is eligible to measure chlorine residual at these locations at a time other than at the time of coliform bacteria sampling. Andy notified me that on July 31, total chlorine residual was measured and detected at normal distribution system levels at all 18 of these sample locations. | ||
