Details: SUMMARY: Phone Conversation DETAILS: Mr. Fortune contact us via phone at ~10:15am. He requested information about reaching compliance at their RV Park-- he was responding to our most recent e-mail (sent 5/14/15 – see contact report).We reviewed the expectation to resolve the e-coli contaminated water issue. We reviewed our reasons for not approving their previously submitted corrective action plan.Mr. Fortune stated that he has communicated with the Circuit Rider program regarding funding assistance for the repairs. We also provided Mr. Fortune with contact information for the HBH consulting (engineering assistance) via the Circuit Rider program.Mr. Fortune also stated that they are having trouble evicting tenants at the RV Park and requested advice and additional time. We did not offer any legal advice regarding their tenants-- we reaffirmed our goals to resolve the water contamination issue as soon as possible ACTION NEEDED: (1) Formally disclose the water system’s intent toward reaching compliance (including specific proposed actions and timelines)--(2) Resolve fecal contamination of water-- and(3) Complete other requirements as directed by the Oregon Health Authority
