| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up call to discuss plan submittal DETAILS: I called Gene to reiterate the April 7, 2015 DWS letter requesting a submittal of plans for the water system for review. Gene indicated that he was gathering up materials outilned in the letter, but the high costs for water quality testing had spooked the water system from proceeding. I repeated the items for review requested earlier (documentation of spring construction, site plan, one round of water quality testing, and review fee). He indicated that there were no plans of the spring, only current photos. He discussed gathering an aerial photo of the springs location, and knew of a certified lab to provide sample analyses. He indicated that he could supply plans and fee by June 15th to DWS. Also, Gene has reached out to IFA and the Circuit Rider for assistance. ACTION NEEDED: I sent Gene an email today (5/22) requesting that he confirm in writing the June 15th date to submit plans and fee to DWS. | ||
