| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency survey follow up. DETAILS: This was a follow up to the Significant Deficiencies found during the Drinking water survey.1) Problem-- No screen on well vent. Response-- A fine mesh screen was secured around the vent piping.2) No coliform sample plan or O. & M. manual available for the operator on file. From the Operator Gene Hubbard - The written coliform sampling plan and the O & M manual are in limbo because of the murky ownership issue that we discussed during your inspection. I will endeavor to resolve the barriers to achieving the tasks, namely contacting the Public Utility commission with a cost estimate and gaining authorization to develop these documents. ACTION NEEDED: Work with the P.U.C. to figure out how to bill for the necessary work on the Coliform Sampling plan and the O. & M. manual as required by the Oregon Drinking water program. Send a copy of the completed plan when finished. Continue taking monthly coliform water sample. | ||
