| Details: | SUMMARY: Final significant deficiency addressed DETAILS: Received an email that the raw water sample taps were installed at the Upper and Middle spring boxes on May 4 and 5. The fence around the springs were also checked and repaired. To address a recommendation, the multi-patched section of pipe at the upper springs was replaced. ACTION NEEDED: Inform DMCE that all deficiencies have been addressed. Have them adjust the database records to show that two springs will have combined source sampling at the springhouse at the bottom of the hill, unless there is an EC+, when they would have to sample the individual springs. | ||
