| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiecny follow up DETAILS: Follow up/corrections to significant deficiencies noted during 5/11/15 survey. Well #2 wellhead wire port was broken and exposed. This has been sealed and photo submitted. No coliform sampling plan. Left template and Jim has completed the plan to include rotating routine sample points in distribution as well as repeat and triggered sampling.** These deficiencies are considered corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Ongoing routine sampling. | ||
