| Details: | SUMMARY: LCR- excursion DETAILS: I emailed the operator letting the operator know that the system has 14 excursions. This generates a corrosion control violation that requires a tier 2 public notice. I attached a link to the public notice template. I asked him to send a completed copy of the notice to this office & DWP. I reminded him when the pH result is below 7.2 they need to sample daily until the reading is at or above 7.2. I asked him to let me know what is wrong with the corrosion control equipment when he figures it out. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice & follow up as needed. | ||
