| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positives for sample date 10-31-13 DETAILS: Spoke to Bill to positive total coliform samples taken on 11-4-13. Bill felt that the pressure tank needs to be drained & cleaned. He will also install a sample tap at the well head rather than off of the tank. I let him know about the public notice & will send a template for total coliform. I asked him to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & obtain completed notice. | ||
