| Details: | SUMMARY: 1/5 temp routine total coliform positive for sample date 8-5-13 DETAILS: I stopped the RV park to talk to the operator but he was not home. I called by only got his cell phone. I left a message to let him know that one of five temp routine samples were total coliform positive. I let him know that it will be a repeat of the process before with 4 repeat samples in the dist. & a source sample at the well. I also asked him to check the chlorinator. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sample & respond as necessary | ||
