| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 12-4-13 DETAILS: I contacted Joey at Crow water to let them about the total coliform positive at the school. Crow water has been helping the school with sampling. I reminded him to have the school take 3 repeat samples & 1 source sample. Joey indicated that the school would be working directly with the lab in the future as they were only helping the system with the initial sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow as needed. | ||
