| Details: | I spoke with the operator of this water system at discussed the violations for missed total coliform samples. The system is currently on a monthly system for routine total coliform sampling. The operator agreed to take the sample before the end of the month. This should return the previous violations to compliance automatically. The operator also stated that the nitrate sample for 2021 would be taken at the same time. We discussed the historical plan review at this system. The operator has paperwork showing this has been accomplished, but finding the paperwork in the Drinking Water files has been unsuccessful. The operator had sent me a photo of the front page of the plan review acceptance but it was illegible. The operator agreed to send me a higher quality photo from the paperwork in their files. |
