| Details: | SUMMARY: check in call for significant deficiencies DETAILS: Reached Angel by phone. Asked about progress on the raw water sample tap that needs to be installed/upgraded so that it is possible to take a clean sample of the water coming from the well. She clarified with me what needs to be done, and says it should be taken care of soon now that she has more help there. She suggested sending me a photo of the completed tap-- I said that would be great. ACTION NEEDED: Correction deadline is 6/17/15. Contact again in a week if no progress reported. | ||
