| Details: | SUMMARY: Loss of pressure event/boil water for 3 customers DETAILS: Dave Embleton called 1/1/15 and said they had at 11:30 am this morning main break and loss of pressure event at 19th Ave and Nugent in Glenwood. The main break effected 3 customers. One of the customers is the UPS center.The following steps have been taken after the repair.The pipes were disinfected and flushed.A coliform sample was collected- results due tomorrow. The 3 customers were given a boil water notice.On 6/2/15 David reported that the coliform samples were "absent" and the boil water notice was lifted. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
