Details: SUMMARY: survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Called Ashley to get update on progress to make corrections from 2/18/15 survey. The annual ASR the missing CCRs have been submitted. Discussed the protocol for under certified operators and Ashley thinks this is included in their job descriptions. She will check if they address all the items needed and get back to me. ACTION NEEDED: Develop/submit protocol for under certified operators.
