| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Called and emailed Josh several times to follow up on corrections from 2/24/15 survey. All of the missing CCRs from the last few years have been submitted. The remaining correction is to satisfy all the requirements of the PR conditional approval (95-2012) which includes initial chemical sampling, raw sample tap and building a protective housing over well #5. Josh said he is working to get these in. I reminded that a public notice is required if not corrected by 6/30/15. ACTION NEEDED: Submit all requirements of plan review approval. | ||
