| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC follow up/resolution DETAILS: John has disconnected the well that has unresolved TC detections (well #1) and connected another newer existing well on the property. He has submitted plans to OHA DWP and has received conditional approval. John sent me copies of the TC, Nitrate, and Arsenic testing that were collected on 5/21/15 at the new well. All tests were good. I am sending a request to have outstanding TC related violations RTCd. John contacted me on 5/28/15 and informed me he was working on sending James Nusrala the required information to get final approval on the well. ACTION NEEDED: RTC violations. PR approval. | ||
