| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Bruce Chapman (store maintenance manager) sent an email 4/9/15 and stated all significant deficiencies have been corrected. Mr. Chapman sent a photo of an existing hose bib in well house and indicated work had been completed to connect the hose bib prior to treatment. The hose bib will serve as the raw water sample point. Mr. Chapman also stated water samples had been submitted for coliform, nitrate, and initial arsenic. Jay Macpherson confirmed the system made contact in regard to plan review. Results for 2014 nitrate and 2nd quarter 2015 coliform have been received. ACTION NEEDED: Complete plan review. Provide results for initial arsenic. | ||
