| Details: | SUMMARY: The water survey deficiencies have been corrected by Crow Water, regarding 1) The well head is water tight 2) There is a raw water tap at the well head, 3) The well head and pit are covered, water tight and has a lock, 4) The well has a vented down turned vent. There is an Operation and Emergency Procedure posted at the well. The chlorine currently is being used only for odor control and is not maintained as a residue-unless required, and no records are being kept at this time. There is discussion to install a carbon filter to remove the chlorine, and do a quarterly testing to confirm that 0 ppm of free chlorine by August 28, 2015 DETAILS: Crow Water has corrected the deficiencies and if requested will install a carbon filter and remove the chlorine injection by August 28, 2015.
