| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey corrections of significant deficiencies DETAILS: Plan review, raw sample tap, coliform sampling plan , operations/maintenance plan, an emergency response plan, test finished water, annual source sample, backwash water should be tested, ACTION NEEDED: BLM Millpond Rec Site addressed 8/8 deficiencies:corrected1. We evaluated the chlorine treatment system and determined it was not needed for the water system. So, it has been bypassed and removed from use.2. The raw sample tap has been raised to more than two feet from the floor and turned to discharge downward. | ||
