| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Jeremy called to report that two of the repeats from the distribution have +TC detections. The triggered samples were good. I sent him a copy of the L1 coliform investigation form. He is going to complete it and send it back to me along with a copy of their public notice. I reminded him to take 5 temp routines in July. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on L1 assessment, PN and July samples. | ||
