| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert- Coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Mr. Alex Audeh, and we discussed the requirement for the system to take four repeat samples, including one from the source as soon as possible and 5 routine samples next month. Mr. Audeh stated that he would have his well maintenance person shock chlorinate the well and then take the repeat samples.
