| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive sample on 6/1/15 DETAILS: I talked with Connie Thomas regarding the Total Coliform positive sample that was taken on 6/1/2015. I informed her that she would need to take 4 repeats within 24 hours and take 5 temporary routines in July. She said that she took her 4 samples the day before (6/4/2015). The samples all came back clean. When asked what the issue could have been, Connie said that there was a new person that took the samples and he might not have taken the samples in the proper way. ACTION NEEDED: System will need to take 5 temporary routine samples next month (July). | ||
