| Details: | SUMMARY: positive coliform DETAILS: Call to discuss positive coliform with Lakeside. Vivian waited to take additional samples after the positive in march until she could speak with the circuit rider that was going to visit her. After the circuit riders visit, she took the samples that she thought were necessary. She did not label them appropriately. We discussed additional samples that needed to be taken in May. ACTION NEEDED: In May 2015 take five temporary routine samples from the distribution system, as shown on your coliform sampling plan that the circuit rider helped with. | ||
