| Details: | On March 5, 2021, I received an email from Donna Holdridge which says she gives permission for Jason Carman from RCAC - Rural Community Assistance Corporation to sign any water system documents on her behalf at this time. That same day, Jason Carman from RCAC forwarded to me the Consumer Confidence Report, CCR Certification form, Enabling Authority form as well as Standard Operating Procedures documentation for Deer Island Village MHP's water system. |
