Details: SUMMARY: 3 of 3 Significant Deficiencies Corrected DETAILS: Ben Lyman has submitted an Operations and and Maintenance Manual for his small RV park water system as of June 6th, 2015, correcting a significant deficiency found during the recent Sanitary Survey. He has also checked and ensured that the sanitary seal of his well head is indeed watertight. Lastly he found that Staples sells NSF approved 12.5% formulations of bleach. ACTION NEEDED: none
