| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: All 4 distribution repeats had TC detections, the triggered well sample was good. I contacted Matt and he said they are going to do some flushing and follow up with special samples. If needed the will shock chlorinate and flush again. Matt said he would provide a copy of the PN directly to OHA DMCE and he was also aware to take 5 temporary routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and July testing. | ||
