| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform positive for TC DETAILS: The positive was reported to county on Friday 11/08/2013. Field visit made for other reasons on Tuesday 11/12/2013. Operator had already taken the 4 required repeats. No triggered sample taken as the system is on monthly source monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Keep monitoring chlorine residual levels and recording them. Take 5 more samples in December and mark them Temporary Routine. Note the system closes for season on November 30. | ||
