| Details: | SUMMARY: Raw Sample Tap installed addressing significant deficiency DETAILS: Angel Roscoe emailed me a photograph showing that they had inserted a joint/turn in the pipe to raise the sample tap in the pump house higher off the floor. Now the tap is high enough to allow for clean collection of a coliform sample using the standard lab bottles. ACTION NEEDED: Let data entry staff know that this water systems single significant deficiency from the recent survey has been addressed. | ||
