| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency follow up DETAILS: 2/18/15 survey deficiencies included no CCR for 2013 and some missing ASRs since 2011. System has submitted all the missing reports and have been forwarded to DMCE. System also employs some under certified operators and had no protocol. Ashley submitted a job description that addresses most of the protocols and will develop a form for both employee and DRC to sign. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies considered corrected. | ||
