| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert followup for 4 positive repeats DETAILS: Linda returned my message from 6/15. She was aware that the 4 samples were positive. She asked for help from the former owner/operator. They chlorinated the lines, and flushed the system. They took additional samples to the lab. Linda and Frank are looking for the problem. They will post public notice. ACTION NEEDED: 1. resolve problem2. post public notice3. take 5 temporary routine samples in July 2015. | ||
