Details:	I spoke with Mr. Felton today regarding the correction for the significant deficiency (hazard setback from wellhead) noted on the last survey. Mr. Felton has directed the grounds keepers to maintain a 100ft radius around the wellhead which will neither be fertilized, nor have herbicides or other chemicals applied, in perpetuity.
