| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli positive at for sample date 10-14-13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the e-coli positive sample. The sample was taken at space # 40. This space is not occupied and the operator felt that the faucet was not adequately flushed. I asked if they have a chlorine residual and he indicated that the chlorine is at about 1 ppm. I let him know that if any of the four follow up repeat samples or the source comes back positive for e-coli they will be on a boil water notice. Patrick understood and would be ready if needed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sample results & respond as necessary. | ||
