| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 11/6/13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know to take 4 repeats in the distribution system & a source sample at well # 1. Well # 2 is not currently in operation. I let him know to be sure to adequately flush the sample tap before taking the sample. This is a new operator & is still learning the position. I let him know about the online operator class. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
