| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator contact regarding ouput of well #3 going down. DETAILS: Operator called to inform NCPHD of an issue with well #3, seems that the production has decreased to approximately 100 gal/min. Ron will activated well #1 over the weekend. He is planning on running this well until service work can be completed on #3 to clean the screens. It was last done in 2007 and the yield on the well went back up to historic levels. ACTION NEEDED: Ron is planning on pulling both a bacteriological and Nitrate on 6-22-15, he is unsure when the work on well #3 will take place and will use well #1 to supplement the loss of production on the main well. | ||
