| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up to 2014 water system survey DETAILS: Sent letter to water system extending deadline to correct deficiencies by September 1, 2015. Deficiencies to correct include: installing pressure gauges on outflow piping for cartridge filters, have a working flow meter leaving the 20,000 gallon storage tank, and develop written operations and maintenance procedures. See copy of letter in file. Received a call from James on August 21st. All the deficiencies have been addressed and he will be sending documentation for our file. ACTION NEEDED: Once documentation is received no further action is needed. |
