| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up for not enough repeats and temp routines DETAILS: This seasonal system doesnt open until April 15 of each year. Start up sample on 4/8 should have been marked special but was marked routine. Spoke with operator several times since 4/10 and discussed. Jim took a triggered and two repeats on 4/13 repeats absent but triggered positive. At this time, he opened the intertie valve to the RV park system 95080 and supplied the resort with the RV park water. Lodge was not yet open so no PN. Jim worked on the lid for the well and improved/replaced and chlorinated. Took another sample on 5/27 and it was absent. At this time he switched the valve back over to the resort well. Discussed new start up and sampling requirement of the RTCR starting next spring. The resort has now sold and has a new owner/operator. ACTION NEEDED: Continued quarterly sampling 3rd and 4th qtr as well as annual nitrate. | ||
