Details: SUMMARY: Site Visit DETAILS: Ian Stromquist contacted Gene Fortune to request permission to enter their properties. Ian reported that he intended to bring James Nusrala, along so that James could examine the water system, distribute public notifications and count the number of connections that the water system serves Gene granted permission on behalf of Nathan Arthur and Ian stated that he and James would arrive around mid-day.6/22/15 – Site Visit. Ian Stromquist & James Nusrala first met with Nathan Arthur at the service station. Nathan stated that he was aware that we were coming and directed us to speak with his son-in-law ‘Gene Fortune’. Ian & James met with Gene. Gene gave us a copy of a re-issued public notifice that they had distributed on 4/14/15 we kept a copy of the notice and determined that it was a 6/19/15 – Ian Stromquist contacted Gene Fortune (at approximately 4:30pm) to request permission to enter their properties (the RV Park and adjacent/connected properties) on 6/22/15. Ian reported that he intended to bring James Nusrala, OHA, along so that James could examine the water system, distribute public notifications and count the number of connections that the water system serves (according to rule).Gene granted permission on behalf of Nathan Arthur and Ian stated that he and James would arrive around mid-day ACTION NEEDED: Formally disclose the water system’s intent toward reaching compliance (including specific proposed actions and timelines)-- Resolve fecal contamination of water-- andComplete other requirements as directed by the Oregon Health Authority including Plan Review
