| Details: | SUMMARY: Lab Results Corrected on SDWIS One RP + for coliform DETAILS: Steve called me back to state that only space #10 bathroom sink came back positive again not the three sites originally stated in the alert. I confirmed with the lab that only this one RP came back positive. SDWIS is updated now and a request to have the sample results invalidated has been made. The system fixed the leaking faucet and chlorinated the faucet. The system will collect another RT for June on Monday. ACTION NEEDED: Invalided June quarterly sample, collect new RT sample by the end of June. | ||
