| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to late SWTR and insufficient CT. DETAILS: Contacted the system to let them know that they had not submitted the monthly SWTR. Bruce is a new operator. I sent him the required form and explained how to fill it out and how to submit it. We discussed that they did not meet CT and the steps needed to correct the problem. Bruce submitted the forms correctly filled out and has received help on how to operate his system. ACTION NEEDED: RTC after next month forms are submitted on time and CT is met on all days. | ||
