| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Josh to let him know the system received a violation for not reporting the May turbidity/CT report. I asked him to submit it if it exists. I also inquired about whether either of the outstanding significant deficiencies from the last survey (install flowmeter, conduct tracer study) had been completed as he had told me they would be by 6/30/15. He said they had not. ACTION NEEDED: Need to submit monthly turbidity/CT reports within 10 days of the end of the month. Need to install a flowmeter and conduct a tracer study. | ||
