| Details: | SUMMARY: SWTR violation and public notice requirement DETAILS: I contact Josh because the May monthly turbidity/CT report was reported, and in addition to being late and incompletely filled out, the system did not meet CTs or the minimum residual at the entry point on several days in May. UPDATE 8/10/15: spoke to Bruce McKinney, onsite camp host. He indicated that there was a problem with calibrating the equipment and training on using the equipment which has since been solved (training provided). ACTION NEEDED: These violations require a public notice within 30 days. UPDATE 8/10/15: Bruce McKinney indicated he would post the public notice tomorrow and send us a copy. | ||
