| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC Investigation DETAILS: I stopped by the facility to speak with the operator about sampling requirements that are past due. I provided a chemical monitoring schedule to the onsite teacher to pass along to the operator who was not onsite. I gave the onsite teacher my card & asked her to have Larry Gibson call when he could. Larry Gibson called back this afternoon. I was able to review the provided a copy of the Chem schedule monitoring page with Mr. Gibson. I let him know to take a coliform sample, source coliform sample, Nitrate, Lead & Copper, SOC & VOC sample. I also let him know that coliform, lead & Copper were due before the end of June. I also let him know that the remaining chems were past due & needed to be taken right away. Larry said that he would get in contact with Alexin lab to get the sampling bottles & sample all of the required chems & coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with monitoring results. | ||
