Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Carlton owns and operates a surface water system that provides treated water for domestic purposes to a full-time population of 1,680 persons, through 800 connections. The source for the City’s water is an intake on Panther Creek. The treatment plant is a pressure filtration system. A series of contact tracer studies were completed on the water treatment plant to match the various operational flows. This test was completed at 260 gpm to mimic winter operational conditions. In this tracer test, the first user status was also investigated. Modified tracer study. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
